Installed new ac unit, evap coil, and ecobee tstat for top floor system. Added gravel and new pad for ac unit, replaced disconnect box and filter dryer. Cracked valves for system after checking pressure hold at 150 psi, then pulling vacuum for 15+ min.
Installation of a mini split heatpump system for the top level. 2 indoor high wall or cassette units 12000.00 plus electrical work to supply voltage to the outdoor unit.
Quoted for Water Heater flush, pop up assembly in basement, and 2 minor rebuild on toilets. Then quoted these with Priority Club Membership. Customer declined at this time.

Installed Toto toilet in kid’s bathroom. 2 year warranty. Flange was rusted out, customer decided a cheap fix without a warranty on how it sits was preferable to replacing the flange. Installed new angle stop behind said toilet. 1 year warranty. Installed new garbage disposal. 2 year warranty. Cleared Stoppage in tailpiece on right side of kitchen sink.
Performed hsp maintenance. House had two full baths upstairs and one downstairs powder room. Plumbing in all bathrooms looked in great condition, except for the tub faucet handles were loose. The original set screws were misplaced and both handles had different ones.customer will get new ones from kohler down the road. House had 50 gallon natural gas water heater that was installed back in 2012. Drained the heater with no problem and looked at the anode rod and saw that it had been attacked with lime scale. Switched it out with an aluminum rod to prolong the life of the heater. House pressure was 65psi

Psi60-Arrived to this home with customer still having issues with toilets that still has 2 yrs old fluid master valves.customer was only able to have flappers replaced on 2 of them in 9/18 due to not having a job at that time.installed a new fill valve to m/b and p/r w/cs and replaced 3 flappers only to u/s guest bath and jack and Jill bath and basement.customer will monitor them for now.also performed plumbing evaluation for 2019 while i was there as well.everything checked good except k/s faucet still needs replacing due to calcium deposit and won’t swivel from last visit.it was still declined.customer will purchase her own faucet and call us back.also had to lower the price again too sell.
